I need to lose 15 pounds what do I do I also want Abs plz if any tips help me plz thx
You must do some cardio to lose your weight, you'll have to eat well and work out your abs with different exercises !
Worry about getting that weight down and you can slowly develop abs after a while. I want abs too but I want to burn off by belly. So I can free roam on how much I build on top of everything. The ones with less body fat build more muscle faster. More fat builds mass.
