Leaner, stronger legs.

Hey ladies and gents. Aside from cardio, what other exercises can you suggest to have leaner, stronger legs. I have these big thighs,really want to tone up, but I'm afraid they will only get bigger with weights and leg exercises. Any advice?

One leg wall squats Single leg touchdown. Both these exercises proves really beneficial.. :)

Ankle weights & SQUATS!

Ankle weights $20 at Dicks Sporting! I false seen some $10 ones on eBay! Ankle weights are the quickest way! Walk, Run, Squat, Leg lifts, Side leg lifts are all good exercises to do with your ankle weights! TRUST ME GIRL

I only use ankle weights at home, but will def try taking them to the gym. Thanks for the heads up!
