Time actually needed to fit?

Pulling exercises, squats (Bulgarian splits are the best, but will kill), deadlifts, leg raises superset with mountain climbers

I think you will see results in a month if you do fifteen minutes of cardio every day and fifteen minutes of lower body bodyweight workout every other day. That's about three hours of working out each week.
Unless you are terribly out of shape or have weight/fat issues, in which case it will be longer, but there is no way to tell without you giving up some details.Booty Bust
