Bodybuilding split routines

I'm interested to see peoples bodybuilding splits. Routines and workouts need to be strategically planned. Mine is as follows: day 1: chest and triceps. Day 2: off. Day 3: shoulders and traps. Day 4: back and biceps. Day 5: legs and core. Then repeat. What's yours?

1. Chest 2. Biceps 3. Tri's 4. Back n traps 5. Legs 6. Full body 7. Rest

1. Leg and shoulders 2. Back and bi's 3. Chest and tri's 4. Rest 5. Hiit cardio and plyometrics  6. Full body ( few sets a body part ) 7. Rest

One day I do upper body next day legs next day upper body one day off a week

1 Chest biceps
2 Back triceps
3 Legs shoulders
Abs every day
Cardio 4 times a week.

Day 1: Chest and triceps
Day 2: Legs and core
Day 3: Rest/20min run
Day 4: Back and Traps
Day 5: Shoulders and biceps
Day 6: 20min run/rest
Day 7: Rest

Monday- chest triceps
Tuesday-shoulders
Wednesday-day off
Thursday- back biceps
Friday-legs

This is typical week for me, the standard two day on one day off, my body can't handle three days in a row. Cardio varies for me as I do competitive sport. Abs and calves don't get incorporated as much as they should
