Thunder thighs for daysss

Im a hugeeeee workout junkie. My whole life Ive gotten the thunder thighs joke even though Im a very in shape person.
I cant seem to shake the thighs.
The more I work out the more toned and pronounced they get.
They never shrink. Wtf.
Advice or am I stuck?

Try running more and lifting less weight with your legs. It'll deff keep your legs toned and strong but will help to shrink them. Do longer distances not just like 1mile only.
