What are some good ways to gain endurance so i can jog for longer amounts of time cause right now i can barely go like 20 meters without feeling sick...

You just gotta get out there and do it over and over. If you can only run 20 meters then run that an then walk till you gain your breath and then run 20 more. Do that a bunch and you will see yourself improving.
