Slimer waiste comes with slimer genetics sweetheart... not all bodies are the same enjoy who you are and what you have and leave the slimer waistes to barbie and her friends :)
I would try side crunches and the such, take a look into those types and incorporate weights to help tone and even yourself out.
Hi I have the same problem so I started doing 10 sit ups a day. I'm 43 with back problems so that's about all my back can handle a day. Is there anything else I can do?
I did 50 situp everyday. Mybe more. I just do whenever im bored.. sounds weird but yeah.. and its good for the stomach.. and for waist, do side crunch. It may help. Dont forget ur diet too:) good luck
