I exercise at home and when I do squats (usually with no weights), I feel it in my legs (hamstrings) instead of my butt which is where I would think I'm supposed to feel it. I believe my form is correct. A** to grass and all, sometimes I'll even widen my stance thinking that may help but nothing. What am I doing wrong?!
Spread ur arms ou in front.. keep ur body weight on both legs shoulder width apart.. and do the exercise deliberately. It ll help.
