This app seems great. Totally going to follow up on the free workouts. Do most vids require a membership? I really wanna get in shape!!

Most workouts are free, most programs paid. Generally, free version is sufficient for almost everything. Good luck and enjoy your workouts.

Yeah you won't need  more than the free workouts unless you want to go hardcore. But hey...welcome to the family

If u just started doing workouts and these kinda exercises then it's normal. You can avoid it by dping stretches before doing workout and drink more water. Hope this helps. :)
