Today's personal workout 600 crunches/60 push ups. I do mine in increments of 100 for the crunches and 10 for push ups. A couple of months ago when I first started it was increments of 25 and 5. Push, push, push! Im still looking for a good leg workout and motivation is still so damn hard sometimes.

I don't know what leg workouts there are on here but, lunges are great and you can add weighted items, also one leg squats where u rest one foot on say a chair behind you then squat down on one leg can also add weight to this (but only on side)
