Results of exercising

If I do a couple exercises daily, how fast can I expect to see results? So far, I only notice changes in stamina and feeling healthier.

I would say everyone body is different so its hard to give u a time window. But results will come as long as I keep up with ur workouts, there is no quick fix ya feel me

Stamina and feeling healthier are good. That already means that whatever you are doing is working. So be patient, you will get to see the results with your eyes in a little while.

As others have said, how long it takes to see the results varies from one person to the next. It doesn't really matter how long it will take, because as long as you keep at it, you are guaranteed to see results. And no, it is not going to take years.

I jog at our local fitness park & do random exercises for an hour at home.

I am doing a light version of what you are doing (walking briskly instead of running, half hour workouts). My posture, my core strength and my overall feeling have already improved, it's just that it cannot yet be seen by the naked eye. ;) Don't worry, you are doing good.
