Good Home Workout to Replace Treadmill

What are some good exercises to do to get the same kinda workout and burn calories as if you were on a treadmill

I did a lot of running in place today as well as jumping jacks to keep me moving :-)

I would say rope jumping is a great workout for weight loss,cardio and it helps build your lower body muscle

This reminds me of high school punishment or pe we had to run the stairs i only did for pe class not punishment but i have seen some bad students had to do stairs i had to supervise them the most r the elementry school kids had to do that

Absolutely! It's great for the arms too. I like to hold light weights instead of an actual rope lol it kills within 10 mins

great recommendation Paul. And if you have low ceilings, like mine, you can just do the jump rope motion (without the rope) and still get a great workout

There's a workout here called Hiit me with a carbo burn. In my opinion, that's one that would be a good replacement to the treadmill.

It's about 7mins or so but, in my opinion, a fun workout though. :-)

If your home have stairs u can run stairs
