Hey, I was just wondering what wall sits do?
Because I want a thigh gap and if someone could please tell me how to burn the fat from the inner of your thighs? Thank you

When you do any sort of exercise, all the muscles of the legs are working so you cant specifically train on part of a muscle as they all work together. Look into your diet, make sure your eating enough protein and lean meats, eating breakfast and eating regularly to keep your metabolism burning. You need to have a balanced training program of weight/ resistance and some form of cardio, HIIT training is best for fat burn & endurance. If you want killer legs and bum, squats all the way!! Though use weights, dont be afraid to go heavy, weights work...

Wall squats work your outer thighsIf you want to work your inner thighs, wall squats, running, hiking, and biking are great for toning the whole thingIf you only tone half, you end up looking off-balanceNot good.
