Hi I am suffering from knee pain for the last year. Can any one suggest how to strengthen my knees.
wait till the pain is completly over and then start with training again otherwise there is a chance u gt bad knees maybe its wise to see a doctor if its serious
Many times it's weak hamstrings that cause the knee issues. Try and make sure your well balanced with muscle strength between your quads and hammies. Also make sure you have good flexibility in your hamstrings.
Please have doctor take a look could bed shoes or major problems my pain was so bad I couldn't sleep doc said cartilage was bad he said don't hike hills stop working on roofs after two weeks pain was less then I started leg extension leg curls and now doing470 lbs in the leg press very little pain
