I have started workout for 2 months. However, I think I need to change my training journal because my weight and muscle gain slowly. Anybody got ideas ? ( I am ectomorph and metabolism)

Switch up how you're doing your workouts, like adding to you're routine or changing up the exercises

Do u have any recommendation bro ? I eat 4 meals per day. Im not sure whether its enough or not
