Yesterday i did a cardio session & i was badly sweating... it rreally burns lots of calories...

Does any body know how much cardio shoul i be doing a week when trying 2 build muscle mass on my lower bdy.i still have a bit of fat inback of my legs. But theres also muscle coming out.i would apreciate any tips thnkz

You should do HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) or lift weights. They are both more effective in burning calories than normal cardio :)
