The difference between male/female workouts
I'm rather new to the gym, though I've been working out from home. I decided to sign up when a cute girl asked to workout with me. She's completely new to the fitness thing. I'd like to make a good workout routine for her. I'm certain she wants lean muscle as opposed to bulk like I want for my body. Is there anything I should keep in mind when trying to train her? Should she go for more reps or should she try and max out weight? Should she stick to the machines or will free weights work too? I think she wants a flatter stomach (cardio is cardio, right?), and muscle strength to lift things at work without hurting herself, and possibly good glutes to boot.
