Workout routine.

Hi guys. I've been using this app for over a month and i was wondering. All of you non-pro users, do you combine workouts in like a program, or do you always do the same single workout? And also how frequently do you do it? :)

I like to mix it up! Time depends, sometimes 1/2 an hour some days an hour.

5-6 days a week.

Its easier to work on one or Two body parts a day.. You can try -day 1- legs day 2-chest and triceps,day 3-rest day or cardio outdoor running like fartlek,sprints etc etc,day 4-back and biceps ,day 5-shoulders, day 6 -rest.. You can add core workouts on rest days or on days when you feel less fatigue..enjoy!!!
