Jogging on the spot?

Is it okay if j jog like 5 minutes several times a day on the spot? Or is it useless?

It's not going to hurt a thing but not going to be a calorie killer

I prefer to pretend to be skipping rope (I don't have a rope). It works the arms so it helps burn just a little more calories than just jogging in place.

It's better than sitting completely still for multiple times for 5 mins a day. I say giv'er!

I do this two times a day for 30 mins......I lost 3lbs in two days.... and that makes for a happy me!! :-)
