My body is weak flabby more fat around tummy n waizt n fat arms n los my booty n tights when i tought i Washington loosing weinght with yoga -.- año good recomendations for fat mommy would gladly take :) trans!

Do kettlebell swings 10reps followed by 10pushups followed by10 bodyweight squats.do this circuit for 5 rounds 3 times a week. Start off slow and increase speed as you get fitter. The pounds should just start dropping off. Good luck and watch your diet. Ray
