Before skimble i used to have following treadmil running routine:
250 mts walk
1000 mts jog at pace 8
1000 mts run at pace 9
1000 mts run at pace 10
250 mts sprint at pace 12
500 mts run at pace 10
500 mts run at pace 9
500 mts jog at pace 8
500 mts cooldown walk. (Total around 40 min)
Now here in skimble i find lot of interval training n started following them. Not sure which one is beeter ....
Just wondering if i need to go back to my original routine or follow hiit. Looking forward to your suggestions..
From wat I've read hiit will burn more fat than a moderate run . I like hiit but I also like to run trails . If ur goal is to burn fat then in my opinion hiit is a good way to go. Its a good time saver to. I'll also say do wat u like . Ur more likely to stick with it if u enjoy it.
I have lost weight but i still have little bit fat on my belly and sides.. i just want to burn it then go for building muscle... so currently i want to loose that little bit fat ...
