The corpse.
Everytime I see this at the end of a workout, I instantly like it. My favorite exercise in terms of HIIT, for all time because it's usually preceded by a super hard workout.

I love running, skiing, riding and tennis as well.

What's your favorite sport and your favorite (or least favorite) HIIT exercise?

I don't have a favorite, but any exercise that makes me say" oh, u will NOT get the best of me,then I start acting crazy calling my self names as people around me asking themselves" did he escape the Looney bin??" But I push harder and fuel ignites my adrenaline. .and then sweet victory is achieved lol:-)

The muscle-up is my favorite exercise, no question.

I just love working my lower body.And I hate cardio.

I tend to be focused on lower body too. My upper body strength is a little lacking
