I usually have my breakfast before 7am in the morning and my gym time is usually after 1pm (class dismiss) should I take lunch and workout later in the afternoon or should I snack abit , workout , then lunch? Either way , how long to eat before and after workout?
Since im doing weight training , main goal is to build more muscle , whats the best weight for me? Should it be just ok , or heavier than ok, or any specific rep that I can stil manage?
I would suggest a small snack inbetween breakfast and lunch. Eat a good meal with in 30 after working out
