I mostly do weightlifting 1hour a day so step right up and get your workout done! These are the tips while working out!

1 - Stay focused
2 - Do what the trainer does
3 - Get imtense
4 - Train as hard as you can
5 - Stay together if your working out with somebody else

Have a hard day workingout and make it a birthdayworkout if it's your birthday, have fun and have a big sweat!
