What is a good workout to do in the morning?

I want to start working out in the morning too, like as soon as I get up. So any suggestions?? I want workouts that are on here.

Pilates: a mix of planking and yoga. You can pretty much do any workout you like though, although you need to remember to eat something (small) before your workout if you're going to do an intense workout (build muscle for example).

Walking believe or not getting up and just walking is really great. Helps those who want to lose weight, those of us who want to stat cut, an unconscious way of doing cardio and a way of staying catabolic.

Try any yoga workout or do the A-team it's a great full body cardio workout

Any leg workout after stretching because you will be too tired after all day walking and etc.
