I am seeking for a whole-body workout which not only will burn off all the fat but also trim and build muscle. It has to be Non-PRO workout.
There's no such workout.
What do you say guys about the Ring the BELLS! workout?
Have you tried any HIIT workouts? I'm not sure if any are on this app but there a lot of 'em on YouTube. FitnessBlender has a few good ones. Try the ones that are around 30-60 mins 2 times a week. In addition to HIIT, it's also a good idea to focus on legs one day, arms the next, and core on separate days if you are wanting to gain muscle and still have time to recover the certain areas.
