Should i do the same workout every day or try different workouts??

Try doing different ones. Sometimes I like doing the same ones every now and then.

Doing the same workout every day the body becomes used to the movement and you'll see no difference. Change up between more cardio or more strength, shocks the muscles and helps burn more fat, which you'll be able to see changes you seek.
