I'm 155 cm x 47 kg, what can I do to burn 500 kcals?

Any exercise that uses multiple muscle groups, otherwise known as whole body exercises.  Do a Google search on this and see what you can find.  Out of the cardio type activities,  rowing is one of the best as you keep burning calories for a while after you have finished the session.

Burbee pull ups :D do them with a puls watch till you have burned 500 cals ;)

Check out my workout on here called Garage Cross fit... Combine that with just a 3 km fast run z d ill bet u burn 750 :-)

That's quite a lot to burn at once. Jumping rope for about forty minutes straight...

A spin class... I hear they get pretty intense...

I second the rope jumping its a geat workout

I do rope jumping for short times to fit a real boost of calorie burning into like five/ten minutes
