How to break weight loss plateau?

Just try to change ur diet and if possible try to leave gym for few dayz so that ur body will adopt chngs.....ur body hormones will accrdinly chng....

I whould up my activity lvl in and out of the gym. I whould aldo try a re carb week (just eat lots of carbs, i recommend Brown Rice)

Sounds a bit strange. But eat more and move more. For 1 or 2 weeks up the kcal but at the same time up the burn everyday. Then after 2 weeks go lower again and decreasing on the movement.
