Yoga is okay. I like to do stretches and the like. Anything that gets your heart rate moving and blood flowing into your muscles is a good feeling throughout the day!
I get back and knees aches when i run so i do a gentler routine. I usually do wicked warmup followed by 10min wake up call, both here at Skimble. Very effective.
