Walking is the best option.
Wat are u exactly lookingg fr?  Fat reduction.. muscle building...abss??

Yoga is okay. I like to do stretches and the like. Anything that gets your heart rate moving and blood flowing into your muscles is a good feeling throughout the day!

When I workout in the morning I prefer to do cardio because when I workout In the morning it is Saturday and Sunday and my carbs day is on Friday so I do cardio to deplete the carbs I had ate

I get back and knees aches when i run so i do a gentler routine. I usually do wicked warmup followed by 10min wake up call, both here at Skimble. Very effective.

I get some knee pain while I'm running and recently I knew that it's because the hamstrings are not that strong so all the tension goes to ur knees or either that u have low vitamin-D levels in ur body

Doc told me last week is because of weak quads, is that same as hamstrings?
