It all depends on your own personal goals and what you're trying to accomplish. Personally I do strength training with low intensity cardio, but that's just my preference for now. Best of luck to you ma'am.
right now i'm in a cut and tone kind of phase after building for the past couple months. I'm doing alot of the different full body workouts - sort of like circuit training with short rest periods in between each exercise and using light weights. Stuff like the Bruce Wayne workouts and the Hellraiser. Those kinds of workouts will leave you rolling on the floor gasping for air.
