Hi please tell me some healty and good breakfast !! :)

You can't go wrong with wheat toast with peanut butter and banana slices on top .. or a multi grain waffle in place of the toast. If you don't like those things, then maybe a smoothie with a few of your favorite fruits, and if you're feeling a little crazy, throw some vegetables in there like carrots and kale! Hope I helped :)

I have every morning a warm oatmeal with honey and raspberries or blueberries in it. Keeps you full and has a lot of fibers
