Cut processed foods, wheat, sugar. Cut liquid calories.

Eat fruits and vegetables,.

whole grains like brown rice and oatmeal. (but in reasonable servings, they pack a lot of calories still)

Calorie tracking using myfitnesspal. (look in app store or google play)

Lots of cardio and core exercises.
