Is there anyone thinking about getting on weight watchers or already on it?
Right after my fad diet I got right onto weight watchers 2 days ago and it is so manageable. I know that my body is adjusting from 500 calories to a normal amount...so I gained 2 pounds but I work my ass off with these exercises or and 1hr of walking. I am aiming for 2 to 3 pounds a week weightloss. Are YOU on a particular program??
