So I dont feel sore anymore .. should I increase weights? Hw often should I change the weights? And I did the same exercises for few months now , will this be less effective?
It all depends what your aim is - do you want to increase muscle mass or do you want to tone up? If you want to tone by all means increase the weight but I wouldn't suggest by much - what you can do is increase the amount of reps you do. If you want to build up muscle mass then you should really be trying to push the weights up at least weekly but I try increasing per session. Good luck with it!
