Looking for something new .. pilates?
I'm getting a little bored with my current routine. What are your thoughts on it? Is it good for weight loss and/or strength building?
Remarkable strength building. I used to do Pilates and it would kick my ass. Now i train karate with a woman who is also a Pilates instructor. She has a slight build but is shockingly solid and strong. She caN generate huge power using her core.
