Easy Workout - Lose Weight

Can you recommend me any easy workout. I want some lose weight. I'm in bad condition so, please it should be easy workout. Answer here or TweetMe @DontFreakOut_PL

5 jumping jacks
10 seconds rest
5 burpees
10 seconds rest
5 jumping squats
10 seconds rest
5 Plyometric push ups.

2 minute's rest . Then repeat 2 more times. 

Do every other day increase by 1 rep.

Easy

Start with2-3 reps if you are new to it. Also keep knees on ground for push ups
