Progressing through workouts!
I've done the same couple of workouts for the last week ish since joining the gym and really taking up regular exercise.
I'm starting to feel them getting easier - but I haven't a clue where to go next so could do with advice.
Do I increase the weights? Change the workouts? Can anyone recommend good weight workouts for a girl on a mission to get fit?

If you want to gain muscles, you have to increase the weights.
Even if I can't properly finish the exercise with the heavier weight?
Am new to all this... but really want to get fit!
Try changing your workout routine if you think its getting easier or if you feel bored. Try to do those amazing workouts here. But just take it a step at a time.
