Is someone using this program or other to calculate the daily calories?

Noom is good for counting calories...try it.

Everyone says noom but I find myfitnesspal just as easy to use and I find more foods there but the exercise part is confusing at times... mynetdiary is good also the exercise is very easy and the food input you can customize items and also if you add the product they evaluate and then add the item to the list.

I use my fitness pal. It's simple enough and has most of the food I eat. Noom does too much sometimes in my opinion.

I've been using myfitnesspal and find it very useful. the app seems a bit glitchy though, I find I'm often entering food on the wrong day cuz it switches days too easily, or I'm deleting the wrong food cuz the screen resets to top when you edit....

But overall the concept behind it it great. I keep meaning to try noom cuz actually the little problems with myfitnesspal are getting annoying.

I use myfitnesspal as well. I like that it links up to runkeeper nicely to capture my runs.
