Is someone using this program or other to calculate the daily calories?
I use my fitness pal. It's simple enough and has most of the food I eat. Noom does too much sometimes in my opinion.
Should i pair my fitness pal with c25k runner to count calories from running?
I've been using myfitnesspal and find it very useful. the app seems a bit glitchy though, I find I'm often entering food on the wrong day cuz it switches days too easily, or I'm deleting the wrong food cuz the screen resets to top when you edit....
But overall the concept behind it it great. I keep meaning to try noom cuz actually the little problems with myfitnesspal are getting annoying.
I use myfitnesspal as well. I like that it links up to runkeeper nicely to capture my runs.
