Heard this was a good app for core strength anyone have any good results with any specific work outs?

In terms of results: I definitely feel stronger and fitter! I think I've also improved on cardio as well. However, I've been trying to work the whole body. Not sure what results you are looking for though. Like, did you want a 6 pack or improved cardio fitness or ssomething else?
