What did you do and for how long? I'm losing my booty! I do glute kickbacks and squats. Is that good enough? Help please haha

Cardio plus body weight exercises will just make u small everywhere(me no like). If u want full &curvy lower body do heavy weights with low reps. I do 80+ or more plates with barbell,which helped me be curvy. Do squats,lunges,reverse lunges,curtsey lunges, box jumps,steps up. When doing exercising for your butt on the floor add ankle weights. Trust me,doing all of what i said will sculpt u into a better u. I KNOW:-)

I mean pounds. I add all the weighted plates equalling 80 plus pounds worth to the barbell bar..

I heard the squats give you a perkier butt. and I think doing the bird dog plank would be helpful for your booty. lol.

Hey aa look im a runner so I work on my glutes alot I would say two or three excercices are not enough u should do a circuit training check out a workout called booty bootcamp

Squat jumps, alt single leg hip thrusts(I do these with my heel firmly placed on a chair seat, squeeze glutes as you raise hips).

Weighted squats and dead lifts are probably the best exercises for your bum. Make sure you squeeze your glutes when you come back up

Single leg bridge pulses ought to help as well. Overall squat and deadlift variations are great. Maybe ice skating or rollerblading if you want to work your butt during cardio?

Legs wear some heels for the standing exercises it will intensify the workout.

I'm trying to work my butt and thighs to I lost like all my butt and thighs first I've lost 27 lbs but I did this work out last night an I feel the burn in my butt its called natural booty pops try it out.
