I don't get tired when doing workouts!?

That just goes to show that you're getting stronger and you can take it up a notch.. Do the intense workouts!

Depends on what's your goal. If you want to burn calories, your muscles don't have to hurt, but if you want to gain muscles they should.

When I am doing moderate workouts I don't get tired or feel any muscle pain after. The thing is I just started working out since last week. What do u recommend?
