I'm 18 and140 I need a workout to give me ABS and a toned body

I'm not sure of your current fitness level...Try these. You should try others on here, variety is great and there's no real "perfect" workout but I love these two. I do a bunch of different workouts but come back to these often.

also I just do my own thing with strength building with pullups & dips on the park equipment, different pushups, squats and single leg squats (pistols) and calf raises on the stairs.
