Marathon this sunday. Advice me how can I run/jog non stop for a longer time say 30mins before a short rest? And I feel pain on my tummy/waist area in the beginning, what causes this n how to avoid it?
Doing waist stretches before running should help the pain go away also make sure you have a good diet during your training. I suggest running every day building up speed and distance each day. Good luck!
