Does anyone have any advice for targeting the love handles or whatever they are called? I really want to get rid of them >.< !
You can't really target fat loss to a specific place. You just gotta do cardio and eat right and lose fat off your whole body.
People are a little different but usually fat around the middle like belly and love handles just happens to be the last fat the body burns off. You just gotta keep working on losing weight.
Exercises that target your core are very healthy but they don't help burn fat off your middle any more than anything else which burns calories. Your biggest focus should be on what you're eating, and then focus on cardio to burn max calories. Weight lifting to build muscle is great too, for increasing metabolism.
