Can someone please tell me what insanity is? It sounds like a really intense workout program or something? If it is then I want to do it!

Insanit is a workout program that is insane Shaun t who created it has even more workouts like hip hop abs, t25 and more insanity takes ur life to a different level wish you best of luck

Insanity lives up to its name i am proud to say i completed it woohoo go me ;) its pretty extreme and you have to be dedicated as its 6 days a week for 9 weeks. Shaun T recommends shakeology and promotes healthy eating - i never did that and still got great results. If you have the time and dedication it is well worth trying it
