Both are goods..but insanity is really challenging..it depends on you,if u can take up the chalkenge,choose else,take t25..bring you awesome results but less challenging

Insanity is INSANE but if you can stay motivated go for it!!!! T 25 is the toned down version but 25 min workouts is totally doable for all so gauge your decision on how much time you can commit 100% and go for it!
