High intensity vs the world

What are your thoughts on high intensity interval training?? Do you mix up your exercise routines with HIIT? As for me I do several sessions a day and one may be HIIT the others involve weight training and whatever happens at work... Crossfit etc...

At 38 yrs old I have found that I pretty much have to do HIIT in order to burn fat. I never do steady state cardio anymore unless it's warmup/cooldown. Mixing HIIT with weigh training is what works the best for my personal goals.
