Hey Everyone,

I have been doing 5 min arms and abs (A workout on here) for about 2 months now and it really is the most quick incredible toning workout.

It consists of;
20 Press ups (In 20 seconds)
10 second rest period
20 Crunches (In 20 seconds)
10 second rest period
(5 times)

Giving you a total of 100 Press ups a day and 100 Crunches. (Day 40 you will have completed 4000 Press ups/Crunches..Not Bad!)

I'm also doing it very often, but I think you should increase reps.
