I've been doing yoga before each workout. It really centers me and gives me a clear mind. what are the best yoga workouts that you guys and girls could recommend?
I practiced Ashtanga yoga for several years and still do occasionally. There are many ways to practice yoga, but for some warm up and centering before a workout why don't you try Surya Namaskara A and B (Somestimes called the Sun Salutations). Mix in some of the Standing Sequence, and you'll be good to go. Hopefully you've had some formal training with a yogi before you jump right in. Yoga is really great, but done incorrectly, you can hurt yourself. Best of luck!
